Consent to the processing of personal data
By submitting the form on the ilbirs.ai website, I confirm that I have full legal capacity and give ILBIRS AI LAB LLC (taxpayer identification number (STIR) 313042383, hereinafter — the operator) my consent to the processing of the personal data I have stated in the form: my name, email address, phone number and the text of my message.
Purposes of processing: consideration of my enquiry sent through the form and contacting me about that enquiry.
Actions with the data: collection, systematization, storage, modification and supplementation, use and destruction — both with and without the use of automation.
Period: 12 months from the date the form is submitted, or until I withdraw my consent, whichever comes first.
Place of processing: the data is stored and processed in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) cloud, in a data centre in Frankfurt, in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany — a state on the list of states ensuring equal protection of personal data approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 415 of 29 July 2026.
Withdrawal of consent: at any time by letter to contact@ilbirs.ai or to the operator's address: 1375 Mustaqillik Street, Doʻstlik MFY, Sherobod District, Surkhandarya Region, Republic of Uzbekistan. After withdrawal the data is destroyed; it leaves the backups when the period of the last copy that contains it expires: the configured period for the copies is 30 days.
